More companies were driven into remote work by the COVID pandemic. This move revealed problems not only in underdeveloped remote work support but also in other existing company systems.
This proposal was a team effort to offer solutions. For my part, I began with extensive research into peer-reviewed studies of training, onboarding (essentially a form of training), remote work tools, and practices. From there, I evaluated the data and developed a set of suggested practices. (My literature review is attached below.)
